These Terms govern your use of x²coach, operated by MUSKOX INTERNATIONAL SRL. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
x²coach is a behavioral coaching platform that helps practitioners (coaches, trainers, nutritionists, therapists, wellness professionals) track client engagement between sessions, detect drop-off risk, and manage their practice.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract to use x²coach. If you use the platform on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
Access to x²coach is granted by application, not automatic signup. We review applications and reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our discretion. Accepted practitioners go through a paid onboarding (activation) process before gaining full access.
The activation fee is a one-time, non-recurring charge for setup and onboarding. The subscription fee (monthly or annual) is billed in advance and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund the current billing period, except as described in our Refund Policy.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you and your clients enter into the platform, for obtaining any necessary consent from your clients before entering their personal or behavioral data, and for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
You remain the data controller for the personal data of your own clients that you process through x²coach. We act as a data processor on your behalf, as described in our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
x²coach, the x²coach name, logo, and underlying methodology (including the Steel Engine scoring system, the EDS archetypes, and the MAGNET framework) are the property of MUSKOX INTERNATIONAL SRL. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the platform or its underlying methods.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the platform in a way that risks harm to other users or to the platform itself. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
x²coach is a tool to support your practice; it does not replace your professional judgment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MUSKOX INTERNATIONAL SRL is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Romanian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
