What the subscription includes
- Unlimited clients and the client portal, installable on the phone, at no cost to the client.
- The behavioural questionnaire, check-ins, drop-out risk and progress reports.
- Pipeline, Sales CRM, MAGNET messages, posts and your links.
- Calendar, public booking link, the x²coach video room on EU servers, group meetings of up to 50 people.
- Contracts from templates with a simple electronic signature, proposals, payment requests and instalments.
- The connection to SmartBill or FGO (Romanian invoicing software), so invoices to your clients go out automatically.
- The catalogue of 60 programme models, your own programmes, packages and discount codes.
- Your public page, Trib D90, chat with clients, EDS and STUDY (a book a day).
- The interface in Romanian and English, for you and for your clients.
What it does not include
- Your SmartBill or FGO subscription. The connection is included; the invoicing software is paid separately, to them.
- Card payments from your clients to you. For now you collect by bank transfer, Revolut or cash.
- The organisations module (companies, teams, climate, audit) does not start automatically: we switch it on at your request, from the Organisations tab.
- The sessions themselves. x²coach is your working tool; it does not bring you clients or run sessions for you.
What is different during the 14-day trial
- The MAGNET message assistant has 15 messages during the trial, with no limit after activation.
- Revenue reports unlock once the subscription is active.
- Everything else is the same: every module, unlimited clients, and your data stays after activation.
If within 30 days of your first payment you decide x²coach is not for you, we refund the first payment in full, no questions asked. Write to office@x2coach.com.
The subscription renews automatically at the same price until you cancel it from Settings → Payments & billing. Access stays active until the end of the paid period.
Questions
Which currency do I pay in?
Euro, by card. Any card works: your bank converts if needed. The invoice is issued in Romanian lei at the National Bank of Romania rate on the day of payment.
Does the price depend on the number of clients?
No. The subscription is per coach account, and clients are unlimited. Your clients pay nothing for the portal.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
The trial simply stops. Nothing is charged, because we never asked for your card. If you choose a plan, everything you did during the trial stays.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes, a fiscal invoice in Romanian lei, issued by MUSKOX INTERNATIONAL SRL, with no VAT.
