How the move works
Most platforms have a "Export clients" option (CSV or Excel). If yours doesn't, copy the client list and paste it — that works too. Phone contacts (vCard) work as well.
Clients → Import. x²coach reads the header and proposes which column is the name, email, phone, start date, tags. You just check.
Any column without its own field (package, last session, remarks) goes into the client's notes. First and last name in separate columns are merged automatically.
The import only adds them to your account. You send the portal link when you want, to one client or to all.
What comes in directly from the file
- Name (or first + last name)

What does NOT happen on import
Imported clients receive no message, no link, no invitation.
A client who already exists is not changed.

Can I move my session history too?
The import brings your clients and everything in the file's columns — including remarks and history, which land in each client's notes. New sessions you schedule directly in x²coach.
My platform has no export. What now?
Copy the client list (from a table, a spreadsheet, an email) and paste it into the import. x²coach splits it into columns.
Can I use both platforms for a while?
Yes. The import doesn't touch the old platform and clients aren't notified. Switch fully when you're ready.
Who has access to client data?
You remain the data controller; x²coach processes it on your behalf under the data processing agreement (DPA).
